P. Subramaniam, Partner, is a graduate in Commerce from the Mumbai University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 24 years of post qualification audit and consulting experience. He has wide ranging experience in various areas viz., Audit of Corporates and Banks, consulting on Company Law matters, Cost & Management consulting, Internal systems & operations, consulting for start up ventures.

Rajiv Bengali, Partner, is a graduate in commerce from the Mumbai University and is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 23 years of post-qualification experience.
